Frigid-X™ Silent X-Stream™ Cabinet Panel Coolers And Cabinet Enclosure Coolers are compact and can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. There are virtually no moving parts.

There are Three (3) Types of Cabinet Panel Coolers to choose from:

NEMA Type 12 For Electronic Control Panels for General use in industrial environments where no direct liquid spray is applied to the unit. Stainless steel construction to hold up in corrosive environments.
NEMA Type 3R For Electronic Control Panels for Outdoor Use. Stainless steel to hold up to rain, snow, humidity and general outdoor use.
NEMA Type 4-4X For Electronic Control Panels - splash resistant, for use in wash down environments as well as outdoor use. Unique patent pending design for secure water tight protection. Stainless steel for food service and corrosive environments. Stainless steel also provides for long life in wet environments and for outdoor use.

NEW STREAM VAC™ Dust Collection and Fume Extraction System

The Model 40002FMS STREAM VAC™ is a versatile and affordable compact air cleaning system is ideal for the removal of fumes, dust and other air pollution from work stations without the need for heavy and bulky machinery. The Nex Flow™ Stream Vac™ is an in line air conveyor that when hooked up to a 2” hose up to 25 feet (8 meters) and connected to a compressed air line, it will remove up to several hundred cubic feet of air while using only a minimal amount of compressed air, taking with it welding fumes, soldering fumes, particulate from local grinding operations, smoke and particulate from almost any “spot” application.

Liquid Super Separator

Newly developed "Liquid Super Separator" is a new concept of a pneumatic mist remover without filter element. The "Element Free Pneumatic Water Separator" uses a special centrifugal technique with "radial multi-nozzles" that is world patent pending and makes it possible to reject liquid mist (water and oil) to 99.9%! This pneumatic mist separator is virtually maintenance free, as there is no need to replace any filter element. A standard traditional filter with an element and automatic drain may be placed downstream to control micron size but the high liquid and mist removal of the separator will keep it clean and it may not require element replacement for an extended period of time. Maintains extremely low pressure drop.

Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction up to 10 dBA is typical as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.

Ring-Blade™ Air Wipe System

Ring-Blade™ Air Wipe Blow-Off System from Nex Flow™ is easy to mount and maintain and reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It produces a “laminar” flow of air along its 360º angle using the “Coanda” effect which “entrains” a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Ring-Blade™ air-saver wiper-blade to produce an output flow up to 30 times.

X-Stream™ Hand Vac

The X-Stream™ Hand Vac is the low cost solution to a variety of industrial housekeeping applications. It is a blow gun, a vacuum gun, a collection system and a transfer system in one simple package. The X-Stream™ Hand Vac is light weight die cast aluminum and uses less air than a normal blow gun. The amplified air flow is approximately 12 times the air consumption. It draws a vacuum at one end to produce a high vacuum for collection or transfer of materials. It is easily converted from a blow gun into a vacuum gun and back again.
